Nutritional value per 100g of product: proteins – 8.0g, fats – 15.0g, carbohydrates – 13.0g. Energy value (calorie) in 100 g of the product: 1251 kJ (299 kcal).
Expiry date and storage conditions: 90 days at a temperature not higher than -18 C. In the summer, it is recommended to carry them in thermal bags.
Method of preparation: thaw the benderiki at room temperature, if desired, make an egg batter and fry them in heated sunflower oil (butter) over low heat.
No allowed to refreeze.
