Nutritional value per 100g of product: proteins – 9.8g, fats – 11.5g, carbohydrates – 23.9g. Energy value (calorie) in 100 g of the product: 819 kJ (196 kcal).
Expiry date and storage conditions: 90 days at a temperature not higher than -18 C. In the summer, it is recommended to carry them in thermal packs.
Method of preparation: put frozen khinkali in boiling salted water. Stirring, bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove the finished khinkali from the water and season to taste (butter, sour cream).
Re-freezing is not allowed.
