Description
Ingredients: Wheat flour of the highest grade, lamb, drinking water, onion, fresh cilantro, fresh dill, fresh parsley, potato starch, table salt, ground black pepper, ground red pepper, Utsho-suneli spice.
Nutritional (food) value in 100 g of product: proteins – 10.8 g, fats – 10.5 g, carbohydrates – 22.9 g. Energy value (calorie) in 100 g of the product: 819 kJ (196 kcal).
Expiry date and storage conditions: 90 days at a temperature not higher than -18 C. In the summer, it is recommended to carry them in thermal packs.
Method of preparation: put frozen khinkali in boiling salted water. Stirring, bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove the finished khinkali from the water and season to taste (butter, sour cream).
Re-freezing is not allowed.
